Example of a 3 node production ready docker-compose for Elasticsearch?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had or can point to an example of a multi-node production ready docker-compose yaml file for Elasticsearch.

I've started with the docker-compose example from the elastic documentation added a few things like restart on failure, but unsure what else to worry about.

I was hoping to see if others would be kind in sharing their docker-compose file for comparison and what / how they have incorporated other things such as the the suggestions you pointed out further down in the document.
