We are continuously getting below error. Please let me know the reason of this error, and what is the corrective action will help to get rid of this error.

You are trying to use HTTP to talk to the transport port. You can read these docs for more details, and you can solve this by talking to the HTTP port instead. By default this is port 9200 not 9300.
