Expected database [GeoLite2-ASN.mmdb] to not exist in

HI All,

Is it me or is this a very confusing error message?

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: expected database [GeoLite2-ASN.mmdb] to not exist in [/etc/elasticsearch/ingest-geoip]

Should this not be simplified?

I added the full stack trace...

Same problem here but this time w/ Elasticsearch 7.1.0.

The solution is easy. Just do

rm -rf /etc/elasticsearch/ingest-geoip
rm -rf /usr/share/elasticsearch/plugins/ingest-geoip

Ans your set but the error message is a bit cryptic, something along the line of
"Found GeoLite2-ASN.mmdb file in ... please remove it"

Anyway, I could continue..
