Failed to send join request to master, after joining a data node

After trying to add a data node to cluster I get the following error:

Sorry this is in a picture and not text, the error is in a machine that I cant copy paste from, and I don't have there internet.

I will be happy for any help, couldn't understand this problem from other questions in the forum.

Can you ping and telnet the nodes from each other
