Feature request: geo filter

First off, this has nothing do with the geoip filter...

I'd like to see a geo filter that given a lat & lon it produce meta information like: country, city, state, town, road, ... maybe even address! Much like Google API's "geocoding": https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/geocoding/intro
