My doubt is, How do I will populate the IPs with their correct lat/long to call the heat map correctly?
Info: I just have the IP of my client when he/her open the e-mail and I get the lat/long.
The geoip filter looks up IP addresses and turns them into lat/lon tuples.

Did you look at the documentation? As it states the only mandatory option is source and I think the meaning of that option is well documented.
