Hi all, do we get customer support if we are using only Filebeat in an enterprise? Please advise.

In general, you can not get commercial / paid for support for Filebeat Only; support, in general, goes with a purchase of a commercial license of Elasticsearch for Self-Managed or Elastic Cloud, and then support Filebeat comes with that.
I am unaware of any cases where Elastic sold just support for filebeat...
