Hi all. Sry about noob question. How can i add default filter bar panel in my plugin, which generated by script?

Ok. I just generate plugin with generate plugin script. It uses React and I need to add to my plugin default bar from "discovery" tab with button "Add a filter" and functionality to manage filters, but it's not a react component. Can i do that somehow or i need to write this functionality by myself?
