Filter on Time Field(created_at) in Kibana chart on latest time

Ok What i want is i have a chart where i want it to filter on latest time field rather that everytime selecting the Quick Time in Kibana below is the Screenshot of description

As you can see created_at field in filter what i want is something sort of filter on basis of last 15 minutes.

Tried the solution from the above link but failed did this:
created_at is -15m

Select the "is between" filter-type and then you can use the date shorthands.

e.g.

[shanky1997 (Shashank Tripathi)]
