Get data from popup

Hi,
I want to create an index in which there are 5 fields. 4 fields are data and the fifth field will be a link showing the fifth column data in a popup. Please let me know how to achieve that.

The closest you can probably get is by using field formatters, which can be accessed in Management, Index Patterns, clicking on the edit button next to a field, and selecting the "URL" field formatter. However, this will just format the field as a URL, not bring up a pop-up inside Kibana.
