Hi set up the index.max_result_window to 50,000 , but the response time has dramatically increased.
Is there any settings I need add to increase the speed as well?
Well you're asking Elasticsearch for 5 times as many results, so it needs to do a whole bunch more work to provide them.
If you want things faster you may need to increase available resources.
