would like to know if GPU accelerated machine learning is supported on Xpack along with SIEM (threat hunting platform) ?

This is not something that we support at this stage.
If it's something you would like to see, please raise a feature request on GitHub - https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/issues/

Let me know if you can check and help. we are also meeting Elastic SE to get more out of it but meanwhile please check from your end.
