Grok Debugger Link grayed out

In the Dev Tools screen, the Grok Debugger link is grayed out.

Yesterday I saw some licensing and other errors momentarily flash across the screen. Could this be part of the issue?

More information would be helpful - like screenshots, which version of the stack are you running, license level, Kibana logs, Browser console errors if any ?

This would help us dig more.
