Help: Pass in Parameters Dynamically in Watcher

Is that possible to pass in parameters dynamically in Watcher? Below "Search Input" only for static, Please advise, thanks.

Please refine your question or explain your use-case, it's hard to figure out exactly what needs to be dynamic and how/where this should be passed. Please show a concrete example.
