Help - Uninstalled 5.4.3 and now cannot start service

I had 5.4.3 installed on my local machine (windows 8.1). I uninstalled the windows service and then deleted the ES folder. Now when I try to install a new version of ES (5.4.6) and try to run it as a service, it stops right away every time.

When I go back into my documents, the old ES 5.4.3 folder is created? I do not see any other process running on the 9200 port anywhere but it seems as though when I try to run ES it keeps looking for the old 5.4.3 and creates the folder again?

Any help is appreciated!
