I am aware that there is way that we can delete the dashboards which are not required . But i am looking for a way that how can we hide these dashboards ? Kindly help.
Are we talking about hiding them for a form of archiving - not gone but bidding in everyday use? If you are using Kibana basic, you can create a separate space for this and copy the dashboards you want to archive over in the saved object management: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/managing-saved-objects.html#managing-saved-objects-copy-to-space
If this is about not providing immediate access to the se dashboards for all users I would also recommend a separate space with restricted access rights.
Thanks @flash1293 . Will do that. Do you know is there any way we can hide menus like management and devtools in Kibana ?
You can hide dev tools with feature controls as described here https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/kibana-role-management.html
Currently it's not possible to hide the management app, the feature request is tracked here: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/35040
