Is it possible to hide the display of multi-fields in Discover for Kibana 7.12? I like the capability, but it really clutters up the display of data for regular users.

Currently it's not possible, but we're aware of this issue, here you can see the ongoing discussion how to improve this.
So this should be possible in the near future
