High CPU Utilization but low memory utilization?

I am running large file with logstash. I see from command top that i have ~100% CPU utilization, but only 5% memory utilization.

What ways are there and Should I increase mem utilization?

Right, and that's good.

You're talking about the "%MEM" column for the Logstash process? You seem to think that it's a problem that Logstash doesn't use more than 5% of the system's memory. Why?
