High Level indicator based on various metrics

I have a chart showing cpu usage for various hosts, file attached.
I am looking to get a more high lever indicator, e.g. if, in the time period given, all hosts are in the 0-25% range then that would show as Green.
If, say any of the hosts are showing 75-100% at any time then that would show as Red.

Any suggestions on how i would do this?

What tool are you using in Kibana? For example, Lens has heatmap and so does Machine Learning.

Also I'm not clear on what you need. Can you pre-aggregate the data so that it's not split per processor?
