How can I add condition in the Watcher

I am configuring Watcher and getting the alert email. Version is 7.3
Actually, I need to add conditions like this - if the statusCode (one of the available field in the index) is 500 in the last 10 min, generate an email.

Also, I am planning to add more details in the email body (such as total number of statusCode=500 in the last 10 min) something like using {{ctx.payload.hits.total}} , {{ctx.metadata.threshold}}, etc but these details are not coming up in the generated email. Did any one try this before?

Please help me if anyone already tried these before. Thanks in Advance.
