How do we create a trend line on Kibana?

How do I create a trend line for a bar graph, where on X axis I have date histogram and on Y axis sum/count?
(Not referring to line graph when saying trend line)

Which version of Kibana are you using? You can do this with Lens, but not using bar graph.

No, sorry, I do not have lens. I am using OpensearchDashboards which is a fork of kibana 7.10.2 opensource.

Is there a way to have trend line in this version?

No, unfortunately bar graph does not support trend lines.
