How frequently do we upgrade the cluster version?
I'd say that at least you should consider upgrading once a year or something like this.
But if you can upgrade more frequently that could be a good thing to always benefit from the latest improvements.
If you are a lucky user of Elastic Cloud Enterprise or Elasticsearch Service, then it's "just" a few click in the interface to upgrade elasticsearch and Kibana.
