How to include the hostname and location of the log within Watcher alerts?

My watcher alerts are going to slack but not showing hostname.

I am preety new in using kibana.

Please help me know step by step
How to do it and which file/script I have create and where is save.

Can Someone Please help me in this.

Hey,

can you be more verbose what hostname should show up there? There are possibly more than one hostname included in your search response? Do you just need to display one or every hostname, if so take look at dynamic attachments

Also sharing your whole watch would help tremendously to get a first impression what you are trying to do.
