How much RAM and storage does an Elastic Stack approx use?

I want to install the Elastic Stack on a virtual Linux server.
Does anyone one have references about how much RAM or storage is needed?

I know it is hard to say because it depends on the whole environment, the traffic etc. but maybe someone could tell me how much of RAM, storage etc. they do need for their setup.

There is no way to say that IMO.
