How platinum licensing work with Elasticsearch. Is it node based or cluster based?

Currently, we are a little confused about how platinum licensing work with Elasticsearch. Is it node-based or cluster-based?
For example, we have two six nodes clusters(Each Cluster - Three masters with 16 GB RAM each+ Three Data nodes with 24 GB RAM each). Out of the two six nodes clusters, only one cluster is a Production cluster and the other one is Non-Prod.
Can someone please throw some light on how elastic will charge for licenses?

If I'm not wrong it is node based and has a minimun of 5 nodes, if it is a on-premises license you will also get a development license to use on your non-prod cluster and this same license can be used on the monitoring cluster.

But only someone from Elastic can confirm it, you will need to contact them through the website.
