How request to Elasticsearch any node works?

Hi,

it's quite a simple question as i am new to the world of elastic search.

As i have different node in my Elasticsearch cluster each one of them have their elasticsearch API running ...... if we make request to any of the node API will the result will be identical if they does how things work?

For example:

NODE1:9200
NODE2:9200

if i make request any one of them is that effect or things will be similiar?

The request is served by the cluster so it generally does not matter which node it goes to.
