How the Kibana Dashboards upgrading?

Dear Team,
Recently,My team want to upgrade the ES from 1.7 to ES 2.3 product system,I was installed the ES 2.3 and the Kibana 4.5.1 In My Test environments directly,
BTW,the product system ELK version: ES 1.7, Kibana 3. I export the Kibana index from Kibana 3 to Kibana 4.5.1,But I cannot using the DashBoard. How can I using the Dashboards on my Test environments?

you will need to manually upgrade your Dashboards from Kibana 3->4.
