How to add a user in 7.2

Hi,

I've read that security is now free in Elasticsearch. However, I can't find any Security section in my recently downloaded Kibana 7.2, much less a page to manage users, and the X-Pack download says it's for versions 6.2 or older.

What do I need to configure to get basic user management in Kibana and Elasticsearch?
