Can't find Stack Management > Security > Users

Hi,

I'm trying to add some users in kibana, but I can't find the place to do it. I have installed the 7.9.1 version and is using the basic license.
I've followed the guide:

In the 'Create Users' step it says I should go to Stack Management > Security > Users, but I can't find that menu item. There is no Security in Stack Management.

Do anyone know what is wrong?

Plz enable Security on your basic license to get access to users and roles. https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/7.9/get-started-enable-security.html

I did a few restarts and the menu showed up!
