How to archive old indexes in elasticsearch

Hello Team,

I would like to archive my old elasticsearch indexes, I am using elasticsearch 7.2.1. Not sure how to do it. Previously For version 5 I have come across curator. But when it comes to newer version not sure how to do. Can anyone please advise.

Curator still works with the latest versions.
