Seems in Our Kibana v.8.19 that is hard to avoid having the Stack Management Application showing up in various Spaces for selected Users having multiple Roles Assigned.
They seems to always get Index Management and Transform options under the Stack Management App. How to avoid/disable/hide the Stack Management App menu option altogether?

Cluster privileges grant access to monitoring and management features in Elasticsearch. They also enable Stack Management capabilities in Kibana.

Right, our role had monitor cluster privilliges, removing this unecessary privillige disables/removes all options under Mangement App Menu point, though the Menu point label Management App still pointlessly shows up
