How to backup the index data in cloud

We are building a datalake in cloud and intent to setup 5-7 nodes cluster in cloud. I would like to know whats the best way to deploy the cluster in cloud making sure data is never corrupted and instances are up and running in all the time.

We intent to setup in GCP & AWS.

No, we are in testing phase. I saw the documentation of ECE for storing the snapshot.
I were exploring the possibility of deploying the ELASTIC Search template available with google cloud.
