in our current 2.4 es cluster all nodes has equal no. of shards. But, there are nodes which has very less disk space utilization (25% of nodes). Rest of the nodes (75%) has high disk utilization. Is there a settings that allow us to balance shards based on disk space utilization so all the nodes will have similar disk utilization
There's not, it's shard count based.
