How to check if a River is updating?

Hi all

I've had a river setup with couchdb and has been running good for the
last few days. But today the elasticsearch index is not showing any
new entries.

I've checked the data on couch and its still being updated with new
entries.

My question here is, how do I troubleshoot this? Do I delete the river
and start another? How can I see if the River is still accepting new
entries?

Thanks

Leslie

Try and restart it with setting the river.couchdb logging to TRACE, it will
log when changes flow from couch and into elasticsearch.

Hello everyone,

I was having the same question as leslie and proceeded with the insertion of the river.coudb entry in the logging.yml file. Then I did some insertions on couchdb but couldn't find any traces. Where am I supposed to look for them? I couldn't get any new lines at \elasticsearch-0.90.3\logs\elasticsearch.log file...

Thank you very much for all your help,
Pedro
