How to choose number of max threadpools for snapshots

We have an elasticsearch cluster with 15 data nodes each with almost 9TB data to get snapshotted.
Disk max_snapshot_Bytes_per_second is 250MB/sec.
cpu -> 4 cores
ES_JAVA_OPTS -> -Xms10240m -Xmx10240m
