How to copy path to elastic cloud?

Hi., I am new here.
I would like to create hyphenation_decompounder token filter on elastic cloud,
but I should be able to copy the *.xml file and the wordlist_path. how can I copy it into? I got this error ApiError(500, 'access_control_exception', 'access denied ("java.io.FilePermission" "/wordlist.txt" "read")').
