Hyphenation Patterns XML file in Cloud?

Hi guys

How do I add a Hyphenation Patterns XML file when working in elastic cloud? The API only have the option for a Path (HyphenationPatternsPath).

I should be able to upload and use a bundle with the file - but there is no upload button on my bundles?

Any other way?
