How to create email alert, When client machine got disconnected from the local network?

I am happy to use your services but I want to know how to create watcher email alert when my any client machine, which has metricbeat and filebeat goes down like not pingable, What condition should I configure in watcher, my elk version mentioned below, please guide me.
