How to do Scatter plot?

You can remove the line on a line chart:

However I suspect your question may be a bit deeper than that. If so, could you explain what you're trying to do a bit more?

what i need to do is plotting data onto a custom map, but i couldn't as kibana only support lat and lon to be plotted on the map and i want to plot XY coordinates , so i was looking if i made scatter plot and change the background to the image i need.
