How to free node memory in elasticseacrh

i am getting into low disk space error and always my instance is in yellow

using the command curl -s 'localhost:9200/_cat/allocation?v' i am getting folllowing
shards disk.indices disk.used disk.avail disk.total disk.percent host ip node
6 238.6mb 4.9gb 2.7gb 7.6gb xxxxx xxxxxx node-1

can some one help me to upload 1.5 data , i created 1 node with 5gb heap memory

i need support for

  1. Deleting the node data ( i tried deleting the index but still available size is less)
  2. how to increase the disk total
