Can you please suggest how do I get ElasticSearch 2.1 version documentation for download.
The only way I know is to get the source of the docs and build them like described here: https://github.com/elastic/docs
Yeah, I wish we had something like this as well 
So I have raised it internally and will see what comes of it!
