Does anyone know how I can download the built versions of ES plugins ? Is
there a generic way to do it ? I wish I could, for I have no CLI internet
access, which limits a bit my capacity to implement ES on my dev
environment. (Yes I know it's bad, but no, I have no way to change it).
If anyone has an answer, I could include it in ES doc...

These URLs will cease to work in a month when the download service is
terminated.

Notice that the github.com URLs only download the source, not the binaries.
There needs to be some discourse between the Elasticsearch team and
third-party plugin developers about the direction of plugin downloads. Many
good ideas were mentioned in the mailing list, but there was no feedback
from the official team. Maven is the obvious solution, but the workflow
needs to be worked out.
