How to include Field Names in watcher payload and watcher alert email body text

Hi There,

How to include Field Name (Column Header) of each Key in watcher payload email text?
Example, two Keys (10 records), lacks Field Names.

If you could clarify which values you'd like to use in your template, I can help further.
