How can i run 2 logstash in one machne so that if the output in the first logstash instance in not available, 2nd logstash instance will still continue it's work.
you can try to start logstash with different config file , by
-f your_logstash_conf.conf

Not if you point Logstash to different files or directories.
You'll also have to configure instance-unique paths for data and logs (e.g. via command-line flags).
