How to install plugins without restarting the cluster

I am using the modified plugin.
I always have to restart to apply my modified plugin to ES.
I can't stop nodes that are currently live, so I have to increase the server and copy the data.
And I need to reinstall the plugin on all datanode.
(This whole process takes 5 hours manually.)

Is there any way to apply the new plugin without restarting?
