How to limit rows for one single saved search panel

Hello everyone,

I wonder if there is a way to limit the displayed rows for one single saved search panel in the dashboard? (Top 10 for example)

I have looked at this thread Kibana search limit rows (top 20) - #4 by Brandon_Kobel but it's not quite what I'm looking for. Thank you in advance!

what's not exactly working with that approach? That is the way right now, you would limit to "top n". It requires creating a data-table visualization.

An actual "saved-search" (e.g. one you've created in Discover) you cannot limit to "top-n" results.
