How to load APM dashboard in kibana(7.1.0)

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, deb, from source, etc.) and version:

Is there anything special in your setup? For example, are you using the Logstash or Kafka outputs? Are you using a load balancer in front of the APM Servers? Have you changed index pattern, generated custom templates, changed agent configuration etc.

Can not load APM Dashboard

Loading dashboards from APM Server is no longer supported. Please see the Kibana APM UIdocumentation.
Steps to reproduce:

1. install ES 7.1.0
2. intall Kibana 7.1.0
3. install APM 7.1.0
4. Can not find load the APM dashboard from the Kibana UI according to https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/apm/server/current/load-kibana-dashboards.html

@ellison001 as of 7.0, we have stopped distributing the dashboards with APM Server. You can now find them in the apm-contrib repository on GitHub: https://github.com/elastic/apm-contrib/tree/master/apm-ui.
