How to make custom sidebar tabs in Kibana?

Hi,

In Kibana 5, there are lots of tabs with icons in the blue sidebar like Discover, Timelion etc. When I installed X-Pack, lot of new tabs came. I would like to know if its possible to make custom tabs in sidebar, which is targeting to, say, a dashboard. If I have a dashboard, can I make a custom side panel link for that?

That's a pretty cool idea, even having a drawer that expands out that contains a tree of dashboards.

Might be worth raising a feature request for this :slight_smile:
