How to mass-migrate from string to keyword/text

I just upgraded from 2.x to 5.2.1 and I'd like to explicitly convert my existing string types into keyword or text. I understand that I cannot make this change to an existing index, so I would like to dump/change/load each index to make the change.

Is this possible, and is there a script to do this?
