How to monitor the resource usage of filebeat?

I want to monitor the resource usage of filebeat like CPU, memory usage, and etc. I know that recently released x-pack can monitor logstash and wonder if it is possible to filebeat.

How could I do? Do I use the OS tool or topbeat? If I have to use topbeatm, how to use it?

Beats central monitoring is something we're working on, but it's not ready yet. We expect to release it, including the UI for it, with 6.0.

In the meantime, yes, you can use Metricbeat to monitor CPU & memory usage for any process, including filebeat.
